About the Role

Arctic Wolf is looking for a Network and Technology Operations Specialist in our Global Technical Operations (GTO) organization. This individual will work with Arctic Wolf customers to support the customer side software and infrastructure used to deliver and maintain our Security Service.

This is a customer facing role and will also require you to work closely with other customer facing teams, internal product, and R&D teams to identify issues and drive solutions for reported or escalated issues. You will work to solve complex issues with both software, virtual and hardware installations working as part of a solutions team or as an individual assigned to triaged issues.

As a Senior Network and Technology Operations Specialist, you will:

  • Own the technical outcome for projects, incidents, tasks and initiatives.

  • Represent Global Technical Operations to key stakeholders.

  • Own and action incoming requests from internal stakeholders.

  • Work with customers to solve technical issues.

  • Collaborate with R&D and Product on critical or time sensitive issues.

  • Run investigations to completion, leveraging your communication skills and ability to make complex technical issues simple to understand.

  • Ability to coach and mentor other team members to share knowledge and expertise.

  • Drive resolutions for high impact issues for our customers.

  • Work alongside Problem Management and Principal Engineers on large scale projects as needed.

We are looking for someone who has most of the following:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience

  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal

  • Affinity for solving technical challenges.

  • Background and experience with networking and cybersecurity

  • Experience with Ubuntu, AWS, Elastic Search, Kibana, Outlook365, Zendesk, Jira.

  • Development or scripting experience with Python and Powershell.

  • Development tooling experience with Git, docker, Terraform and Ansible, a bonus.
