Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Provisioning Technician to be part of making this happen.

About the Role

The Provisioning Technician provides basic support for hardware needed to maintain and deliver quality services to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Receives guidance and executes tasks on hardware as directed

  • Follows procedures for inventory and shipping processes

  • Responds to support requests as designated

  • Documents in provisioning logs

  • Learn, understand, and support department workflow

  • Manage inventory and shipping out the provisioned hardware to customers

  • Respond to all issues and help fix them in a timely manner following the AWN request

Required Skills and Experience

  • 1 year of relevant experience

  • Technical education

  • Basic understanding of hardware components and their functions

  • Basic knowledge in Networking and trouble shooting

  • Effective verbal and written communicator

  • Hardware and technology savvy

  • Process oriented

  • Highly organized with strong detail orientation

  • Adept at work automation tools

  • Time management

Environment and Physical Demands

  • Work is primarily sedentary in nature and can be executed sitting or standing positions in an office environment.

  • Requires ability to utilize technology related to using a keyboard, verbal communication, and work with device screens which require visual acuity.

  • If located in a company office, often requires the mobility to physically navigate the space.

  • In the event of business travel, mobility sufficient to utilize public and private transport and navigate to essential locations.

  • May include moving or lifting of 25 pounds or less (e.g. office chair, reams of paper).
