Position Overview and Objective

The Director, Marketing will be an integral part of the Marketing team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the marketing strategy for the region. You’ll work closely with leadership and the marketing team— demand, product, channel marketing and field marketing—to tailor and launch region-specific programs that resonate with prospective buyers and achieve pipeline goals..

Additionally, you’ll be responsible for digging into program performance data to identify trend and make recommendations that drive business results.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

Collaborate closely with sales and channel teams to create a quarterly, comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with region, segment and partner program goals

Own regional field marketing budget, regional demand call and metrics; evaluate results against goals and use learnings to drive improvement

Team closely with centralised functions, including product marketing, analyst relations, events, PR and demand to understand product launch calendar and localise and repackage campaigns and experiences for the region

Partner closely with demand managers to optimise spend across digital channels, execute digital campaigns, webinars and create region-specific partner co-sponsorship menu

Build and execute strategic marketing plans with top channel and alliance partners comprised of joint demand programs, campaigns and hyper-local field marketing events

Establish strong relationships with focus partner marketing leaders to provide continuous feedback loop and improve ROI on joint investments

Understand Arctic Wolf marketing funnel, marketing tech stack, and library of available content

Recruit, hire and lead as the marketing team grows

Support the team and perform all other duties and assist in other areas as needed.

Demonstrated ability to influence and proactively communicate with sales and marketing leadership

Ability to address conflict head-on, and come to the best resolution for the business

Deep understanding of marketing/sales funnel and methods by which to drive efficiencies and hit opportunity targets

Strong analytical skills; ability to measure ROI of programs and investments and use to make decisions

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills; strong presentation skills

Strong experience leveraging Salesforce and Tableau to track performance

Minimum Qualifications

8+ years proven experience in B2B field or partner marketing, including experience managing 4 or more direct reports

Experience working with US-based organisation and corporate marketing team

Strong channel acumen and understanding of partner types and personas; experience marketing to- and thru- EMEA MSP and reseller partners

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, English or Communications

Must be willing and able to travel up to 20%
