Description

The new addition to our fast-growing team is a strategic thinker who can see around corners and identify issues before they become a bottleneck. This role will be vital as we scale our operations team and will play a cross functional role between Sales, Customer Success, Channel Operations, and Finance. We are looking for someone who is ready to dig in, take a key role in our quote to cash/order process. Maintain data integrity between our CRM, finance, and other internal systems and work to implement scalable processes for rapid growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Support a growing sales team as a resource in the quote to cash process

  • Verify customer information and process sales orders/contracts

  • Ensure deal structure and contract are in alignment

  • Respond to sales rep and partner inquiries related to quotes, orders, and invoices

  • Partner with finance and sales on customer inquiries related to order or invoice issues

  • Provide accurate and timely reporting and visibility to contract/order information

  • Assist with special projects as needed

  • Work with customer onboarding and service delivery teams on operational issues

  • Identify opportunities for improvement in quote to cash process

  • Data steward for accurate partner, prospect, and customer data within Salesforce

  • Provide leadership in defining, mapping, and documenting key sales operations process between opportunity creation and order entry in Salesforce.com

  • Work with Business and Sales Operations to ensure systems work is coordinated between internal stakeholders

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Salesforce.com and CPQ Quoting experience a plus

  • Prior experience working with subscriptions and contracts

  • Prior experience working with partner or channel partners

  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentation

  • Innovative, motivated, organized, high energy team player

  • 2 or more years’ experience in sales or order operations role

  • Process and quality focused with attention to detail

  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited university
