Location: HQ - Eden Prairie, Minnesota, USA (Hybrid role)

About the Role

The IT Applications Administrator is responsible for onboarding new applications and integrating these applications with IT Systems. The role will administer enterprise SaaS applications and work closely with end-users to understand their requirements in support of approved software.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate SaaS applications with an Identity Provider

  • Support numerous enterprise applications that are utilized by internal staff

  • Manage secure access to applications

  • Build and document access profiles according to departmental, team, and organizational needs

  • Work within the IT team and other parts of the organization to make recommendations for changes, processes, and configurations based on operational needs

  • Assist IT with identifying opportunities for automation, and automate your work as much as possible

  • Provide operational support for the IT Service Desk and serve as the primary resource for application escalations

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and software vendors to understand, document, facilitate, and configure enterprise systems and process improvements in support of end-users

  • Build a strong understanding of integrations between assigned enterprise tools and the overall ecosystem

  • Configure user access and roles for enterprise applications

  • Create knowledge base articles

  • Participate in a limited on call rotation

  • Any other responsibilities assigned by your manager.

  • Typically 10% or less of business travel.

Who You Are

  • Advanced SaaS administration knowledge

  • Expertise in creating reports and deciphering data

  • Understanding of security, governance and compliance requirements

  • Fluency with IAM concepts, and cloud-based applications

  • Effective communicator with technical peers and non-technical stakeholders

  • Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills

  • Aptitude for learning many areas of the business and ability to understand user requirements, and ability to bridge the gap between system constraints and business need

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 1+ years audit and compliance experience

  • Familiarity with automated application management tools

  • Strong problem-solving skills with accuracy and attention to detail Maintaining the upkeep, configurations, and reliable operations of multiple applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Administration experience with enterprise tools such as: Okta, Slack, Zoom, Egnyte, GitHub, ITSM, PagerDuty

  • API experience

  • Experience supporting MacOS software

  • ITIL Concepts, such as Change Management

  • ServiceNow experience
