ABOUT THE ROLE
The Lead ServiceNow Developer owns technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform and provides administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support by using best practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions to the client utilizing the ServiceNow platform. This position will assist with driving automation enhancement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Successfully plan, execute, monitor, control, test and close all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects of the ServiceNow platform.
Provide software coding and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development.
Update and maintain a comprehensive testing protocol for ServiceNow instance upgrades with the purpose of certifying all applications for use after the upgrade completes.
Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues.
Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to purpose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow.
Answer “how to” technical and application configuration questions.
Develop, maintain, and execute reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets.
Create and maintain system design and operations documentation.
You will perform day-to-day support and maintenance, work with the functional team to develop solutions in ServiceNow and coordinate support and development efforts within the admin team.
General support, administration, and maintenance of ServiceNow platform and associated applications
Work closely with ServiceNow functional teams and implementation partners to build requested items and tasks using workflows to manage processes from the customer to the fulfillment teams.
Configure and improve core and custom applications.
Work directly with process owners to resolve support issues within ServiceNow.
Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.
Develop systems integrations and process automation.
Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each.
Create and configure Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc. in ServiceNow.
Configuring and managing Discovery and Orchestration.
Coordinate application and platform upgrades.
Load, manipulate and maintain data between Service-now and other systems.
Create ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
BS degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.

8+ years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development.
