Responsibilities Include:

  • Run daily reports and triage for specific ticket types in a subject matter area

  • Own and action the incoming requests running through our operation procedure documentation

  • Document improvements or gaps

  • Speak with our Security Services, R&D or GTO teams to solve technical issues

  • Work with R&D on critical or time sensitive issues

Please note that this role will require some light travel as well as occasional on call duties when needed.

About You

You are a talented Support Specialist with some terrific qualities, including:

  • Independent, accountable, and enjoys technical challenges

  • Background or experience in Networking and security

  • Attention to detail and effective time management

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Excited by opportunities to learn new technologies and work without a script

  • Experience with Ubuntu, Zendesk, Jira, MS Excel is a plus
