Role Overview

The VP, AI Advisory reporting to the CCO is a cornerstone member of Architech’s AI Growth Pod, an elite go-to-market team driving our next phase of AI-led growth and our client transformation. This role blends AI advisory, strategic consultative selling, and executive influence to help mid-market organizations unlock the value of AI and cloud modernization.

As part of the AI Growth Pod, you’ll operate at the intersection of business strategy, data, and technology guiding clients through discovery, readiness, and proof-of-execution journeys that translate innovation into measurable business outcomes.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Partner Growth Manager (PGM) to convert channel partner-sourced SQLs into qualified opportunities and with the VP, AI Client Solutions to shape impactful AI solutions that move clients from Discovery → Pilot → Build.

This is a high-impact, outward-facing role for a senior advisor who thrives on building trust with C-level executives, shaping AI transformation strategies, and leading engagements that position Architech as a trusted AI innovation partner in the market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pipeline Development & Market Engagement

  • Build and manage top-of-funnel motion through direct outreach, ABM campaigns, and executive networking.
  • Represent Architech at industry conferences, partner events, and AI summits to generate high-quality leads and C-suite relationships.
  • Collaborate with the PGM to prioritize partner-sourced co-sell opportunities and joint pursuits.
  • Drive consistent pipeline coverage through personalized outreach, social selling, and thought-leadership initiatives (e.g., webinars, case studies, win wires).

2. Consultative Discovery & Solution Advisory

  • Engage senior business and technology executives (VP+ and C-level) to uncover strategic objectives, business pain points, and transformation priorities.
  • Lead AI readiness assessments, executive discovery workshops, and business value mapping sessions.
  • Translate client needs into actionable AI opportunities, leveraging Architech’s AI Services Platform and our cloud partnership ecosystem.
  • Partner with the VP, AI Client Solutions to co-create proposals, define solution scope, and develop compelling business cases and ROI models.

3. Engagement Structuring & Growth Leadership

  • Lead the full sales lifecycle from qualification through negotiation and close, ensuring commercial success and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the CCO and cross-functional teams to design structured proposals, pricing models, and scalable engagement frameworks
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, deal probabilities, and pipeline health within HubSpot
  • Ensure seamless handoff to Client Partners for post-sale growth and account expansion.

4. Partner Collaboration & Go-To-Market Execution

  • Collaborate with the PGM and Azure/GCP field teams to co-host joint events, webinars, and workshops highlighting AI success stories.
  • Participate in joint account planning sessions to align partner motions with Architech’s AI GTM strategy.
  • Represent Architech as a thought leader within the Azure , amplifying brand visibility and trust across partner and client networks.

5. Market Insights & Thought Leadership

  • Stay current on AI market trends, solution innovations, and cross-industry use cases to inform client conversations.
  • Publish and share thought-leadership content, client success stories, and AI adoption insights both internally and externally.
  • Provide structured feedback to GTM and Services leaders on emerging client needs, competitive activity, and new solution opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Competency Area

Requirements

Experience

15+ years in enterprise technology, consulting, or AI/cloud sales with a proven track record of $5M+ annual new-logo attainment.

Advisory Expertise

Strong background in consultative or solution advisory roles; able to bridge business vision with technical execution.

Industry Knowledge

Broad exposure across industries, with emphasis on mid-market accounts (including SMB segments).

Technical Acumen

Familiarity with Azure AI, OpenAI, Google Cloud, and data modernization solutions; capable of translating technical concepts into business outcomes.

Partner Collaboration

Demonstrated success in co-selling within hyperscale ecosystems (Microsoft, Google Cloud) and leveraging partner programs (ECIF, MDF, ACMA).

Mindset

Strategic, confident, and outcome-oriented; thrives in ambiguity and builds executive trust through insight-driven advisory.

A Day in the Life:

Each day is a mix of strategy, influence, and innovation. You might start by leading a discovery workshop with a new prospect exploring AI automation, then pivot to a partner co-sell meeting to plan an upcoming webinar with Microsoft. Afternoons are often spent shaping proposals with the AI Client Solutions team or advising clients on how to turn their AI proof-of-concept into production value. You end the day sharing insights from the field that shape Architech’s next-generation GTM strategy.
