As part of the Architech Academy Team, you will also join the Architech Innovation Labs—a cutting-edge R&D initiative comprised of four areas of expertise. These groups focus on revolutionizing software development and user experiences in the AI Experience group, advancing data engineering and AI innovation in Data Engineering and AI, developing smarter applications through modernization and AI integration in Intelligent Applications, and driving excellence in application security through research and innovation in Application Security. Together, our team is dedicated to pushing technological boundaries and shaping the possibilities of tomorrow.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator (Mentee) to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain real world experience in project coordination under the mentorship of an experienced Project Manager. You will learn the fundamentals of agile project management by assisting with documentation, scheduling, and progress tracking while observing agile workflows in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining and organizing project documentation within an Agile framework.
  • Support the creation and updating of project schedules, sprint plans, and timelines.
  • Track project progress using Agile tools and techniques, such as Jira.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to observe team collaboration and project updates.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project workflows and timely delivery.

Learning and Development Opportunities:

  • Hands-on exposure to Agile project coordination within the IT consulting industry.
  • Mentorship and guidance from an experienced Project Manager.
  • Insights into app modernization and new application development processes in Agile environments.

Qualifications:

  • Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in Agile practices (no prior experience required).
