As part of the Architech Academy Team, you will also join the Architech Innovation Labs—a cutting-edge R&D initiative comprised of four areas of expertise. These groups focus on revolutionizing software development and user experiences in the AI Experience group, advancing data engineering and AI innovation in Data Engineering and AI, developing smarter applications through modernization and AI integration in Intelligent Applications, and driving excellence in application security through research and innovation in Application Security. Together, our team is dedicated to pushing technological boundaries and shaping the possibilities of tomorrow.

What You’ll Do

• Empathize & Advocate: Step into the users' shoes to deeply understand their goals, challenges, and expectations. Champion their voice in every design decision.
• Leverage Evidence: Use research, data, and feedback to back up your design decisions, balancing creativity with strategy.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with cross-functional teams—including developers, strategists, and clients—to ensure designs are technically feasible, effectively implemented, and deliver measurable results.
• Create Impactful Designs: Contribute to pixel-perfect designs that are on-brand, visually compelling, accessible to all, and tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Learn & Grow: Soak up knowledge from experienced seniors, stay curious, and push yourself to deliver work that raises the bar for excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• A passionate design thinker with an interest in UX/UI and a desire to create user-centered, innovative solutions.
• Strong foundational knowledge of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
• A team player with excellent communication skills and a knack for receiving and applying constructive feedback.
• Basic familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms (bonus points for experience with prototyping or accessibility standards!).
• A proactive and curious attitude—you’re not afraid to ask questions, experiment, and iterate.
