As Manager, Finance Systems & Consolidations, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a best-in-class FP&A environment for the Water Quality Segment. Reporting to the Sr. Finance Manager, you will lead OneStream initiatives, streamline consolidation and forecasting processes, and deliver actionable insights that influence strategic decisions across five operating companies.
This is more than a systems role—it’s an opportunity to define the roadmap for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, partnering with finance leaders to advance efficiency, accuracy, and standardization. You’ll manage the OneStream EPM environment, oversee module implementations, and ensure consistent, accurate consolidation of budgets, forecasts, and actuals while driving transformation and elevating financial reporting across a global platform.
This position is part of the Water Quality Finance team and will be remote.
What You’ll Do:
Financial Consolidation and Reporting
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for OneStream and other consolidation/reporting systems in partnership with Veralto Enterprise Systems and operating companies.
- Oversee OneStream implementations across multiple OpCos, developing automated workflows that connect OpCos to segment and corporate OneStream applications.
- Partner with OpCo Finance teams to establish robust controls, processes, and workflows ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Consolidate financial results across the platform, reviewing actuals, forecasts, and budgets for accuracy and completeness.
- Enforce reporting timelines and accountability through scorecard reporting.
- Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards for leadership, leveraging OneStream and Oracle data.
- Manage FX rate updates in accordance with Veralto Treasury guidance and maintain related scenarios within OneStream.
Budgeting and Forecasting
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes within OneStream, ensuring an efficient, standardized environment across the segment.
- Identify and implement integration opportunities with other systems to enhance forecasting accuracy and automation.
- Consolidate and validate budgets and forecasts within OneStream to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Drive process improvement across the segment by identifying gaps and collaborating with the Finance Director to implement scalable solutions.
Strategy
- Develop and execute the vision and strategy for the financial reporting structure, including the standardization of forecast and budget decks.
- Challenge existing processes and systems to create a best-in-class FP&A environment.
- Support M&A due diligence, integration efforts, and related system or process implementations.
Systems and Compliance
- Serve as System Administrator for the WQP Global OneStream System, managing user access, security, data, and structural changes (e.g., chart of accounts, scenarios).
- Ensure SOX compliance for the OneStream environment through testing and maintenance of proper controls.
- Provide guidance on source systems (Oracle, D365, etc.) and manage data mapping between source systems and OneStream.
- Maintain and document changes to the segment chart of accounts within OneStream.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred.
- 7–10 years of experience in financial analysis, consolidation, or strategic business planning.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle, HFM, OneStream, LucaNet, or similar consolidation and reporting software.
- Strong partnership and influence skills, with proven experience collaborating across senior-level, cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and reporting.
Preferred requirements:
- Experience in a global, matrixed organization preferred.
- Prior experience implementing financial reporting and consolidation systems a plus.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
