Reporting to the Global Director, Growth Marketing the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for collaborating with Sales, Services, and Product to support product launches, campaigns, social media, and event planning. The role is approximately 40% content creation and 60% coordination. We are looking for someone highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities at once. This role calls for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and eager to jump into a wide range of marketing projects — gaining hands-on experience across different areas of marketing. You’ll play an important role in shaping how our story reaches prospective customers — helping to connect our product narrative to real-world customer experiences through writing and creating content that brings our message to life across channels. This role will play a key part in shaping how marketing content is created and delivered through the use of AI. We’re looking for someone who’s already experimenting with AI tools to work faster and smarter.
This position is part of the Marketing Department based at Vancouver and will be hybrid.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Content Creation: Help create, proofread, and edit marketing materials (datasheets, presentations, website updates, emails, social posts, brochures, etc.). Work with designers, writers, and external agencies to produce assets.
Customer Storytelling: Develop customer success stories — from recruiting and interviewing customers to crafting impactful case studies and blogs — while helping to scale how customer stories are created and shared.
Campaign Execution: Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across email, digital, print, and social channels — helping to bring ideas to life from concept to launch.
Webinar Management: Take the lead on webinars by coordinating speakers, managing content, setting up events, and driving attendance and participation.
Marketing Operations: Provide administrative and project management support to the Marketing team, including website updates, digital asset organization, and tracking marketing requests.
AI Innovation: Test, pilot, and build with AI tools to help transform how our marketing team creates, automates, and delivers content.
Travel: This role may be required to travel up to 10% including travel to the U.S. Periodic attendance at in-person meetings is required in Vancouver or Loveland.
The essential requirements of the job include
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, liberal arts or a related field
1–3 years of marketing experience (internships considered)
Industry experience in B2B technology preferred
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Strong skills in HubSpot, Canva, and WordPress are a plus

The base salary range for this role is $65k - $75k CAD annually. Factors that will be considered for the salary offered to the successful candidate include internal equity, years of direct job related and skill experience, and relevant job market.
