Water Quality (‘WQ”) Platform is part of the Environmental & Applied Solutions reporting segment and is a global leader in water quality analysis and treatment, providing instrumentation and disinfection systems to help analyze and manage the quality of ultra-pure water, portable water, wastewater, groundwater, and ocean water in residential, commercial, industrial, and natural resource applications. Our water quality business provides products under a variety of brands, including Hach, Trojan Technologies, McCrometer and ChemTreat. Hach-TH Water Quality Platform, a part of the Hach Company, is a leader in manufacturing and distributing analytical instruments and reagents used to test water quality and other liquid solutions. In response to the rapidly expanding reagent in water test business in Thailand, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Water Quality Thailand Group as an Aftermarket Sales Specialist.
About Role
ROLE DESCRIPTION
To sell or renew the company’s products, systems and/or services via telephone or electronic means to customers in assigned territory, industry or accounts. May generate prospective customers through cold calling and may qualify and follow up with sales leads. Focus on lead qualification and lead prospecting. Sales can be made through multichannel, inbound and/or outbound sales activities.
What You'll Be Doing (Job Responsibilities) :
Develop strategies for consumable and equipment business and achieve high growth of incremental customers in Thailand by engaging telephonically.
Identify and discover new sales opportunities.
Contact customer to understand their needs/requirements and propose solutions accordingly.
Negotiating and achieving deadlines for the submission of quotations.
Define and suggest consumable / equipment selection new as well as replacement to customers on offers.
Communicating with customers to gain feedback on quotations.
Building relationships with customers and potential customers to understand their requirements.
Use SFDC for effective funnel generation management.
Maintain accurate and quality records of assign accounts, opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts and correspondence in SFDC system.
Identify business growth opportunities and use PSP to address growth gaps and action plan.
Implementing daily activities management / visual management rhythms for booking-funnel generation – connected dial.
Achieving relevant targets.

What We Are Looking For (Skills & Qualifications)
State the minimum qualifications required to perform the job successfully. There are three categories
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar field, preferably in water quality, analytical instruments, or related industries.
At least 3 years of experience in technical sales of items to customers (on-field or office-based job)
First preferred degree in engineer (Chemical, and allied streams)
Second preferred degree in chemistry science.
Above average written and verbal communication skills in English
