Job Title: Strategic Account Manager

Position Purpose:

大客户经理将负责公司战略客户管理及开发，销售公司的产品和解决方案，完成年度销售目标。维护良好客户关系并加深客户合作，推进公司战略销售策略实施以实现业务及利润增长，主动发掘潜在业务机会，并协调各部门完成项目实施。

Primary Responsibilities:

• 制定大客户管理策略，完成销售指标，价格管理，DSO指标等，不限于业务开拓，商务关系维护，客户覆盖计划等
• 了解Videojet的价值主张和客户需求，以及影响价值的业务杠杆，建立并维护客户关系，能有效构建双向信任，影响客户关键业务决策人，运用出色的商务谈判技巧，积极促成集团客户的年度框架协议/价格协议/重点项目, 形成良好长期客户合作关系并保持业务增长。
• 使用漏斗管理、价值销售等工具提升销售效率和有效性，协调跨部门合作，善于利用公司内外部资源推进重点项目落地，扩大投入产出比。
• 和内部区域销售/服务团队紧密合作，推进集团客户在区域内的项目顺利执行及实施。
• 准备并参加部门月度，季度，年度业务回顾。

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 本科或以上学历，机械自动化或电器自动化，市场营销相关专业
• 至少8年以上工业销售或市场开拓经验，有大客户管理经验优先。
• 较强的市场敏锐度，逻辑思考力及客户关系开发及维护能力
• 较强的沟通能力及商务谈判能力，能适应快节奏及多任务交叉工作环境
• 较强的跨部门合作能力
• 能够使用基础的Office办公软件及基础英语口语能力
