Main role / Job Objective:

The Business Application Team embodies the interaction between business & IT and supports the transformation to a Digital organization.

As Esko is currently transforming to a SaaS company, we are looking for a RPA developer to enable automation across business applications.

As an RPA Developer, you will make sure that best practices are followed when automating business processes through the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, design RPA solutions, develop and deploy bots, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.

Main responsibilities and key activities:

Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.

  • Develop, configure, and deploy RPA bots

  • Design and implement process automations using workflow automation tools and techniques.

  • Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed bots, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

  • Create process and end-user documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and future enhancements.

  • Work with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects

  • Stay up to date with RPA trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve automation capabilities.

Qualifications and professional knowledge:

  • 4+ Years of proven experience in designing, developing, testing, and implementing automation solutions using UiPath. Previous experience in software development or process automation is highly beneficial.

  • UiPath Certified RPA Developer and UiPath Advanced Developer Certified

  • Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath products is essential.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to collaborate with stakeholders, document processes, and provide training and support to users.

  • Experience with working with onsite, nearshore and offshore teams.

  • Strong communication and influencing skills to establish and maintain effective business relationships with business units and other associates

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, being able to effectively communicate clearly and concisely.

  • Proficiency in English, both written & spoken.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills and ability to achieve results without direct reporting relationships.
