As a Systems Engineer you will be working on the infrastructure, including but not limited to Servers, Backup, DB, Storage, Cloud and so on to deploy, administer and manage the environments by following the ITIL process for incident, change and request management. You will also be supporting the Information Security team to help with vulnerability remediations. Participate in Daily management meetings, leading on a rotational schedule; execute projects by prioritization and listening to customer’s requests driving continuous improvement.


In this role you will grow your knowledge and skills while supporting the business. You will learn new technologies and create standard work which will help our business and train colleagues. As part of continuous improvement, you will also learn aspects of Danaher Business System like Visual Daily Management, PSP, and so on, which will help you grow in your career. Your attention to details will help you expand your knowledge and resolve support requests in a timely manner.


  • Server management Lifecyle from deployment to decommission for Windows Servers OS 2008 to 2022.
  • Physical and Virtual management. (VMWare, Nutanix & Hyper-V, Dell & HP servers).
  • Management/troubleshooting issues with ADUC, GPO, DHCP, DNS, DFS & Azure AD (MS domain services).
  • Patch & Vulnerability management.
  • Basic network/firewall troubleshooting.
  • Backup & Retention for servers, file shares and DBs

Must Have

  • BE/B.Tech or MCA degree
  • Relevant Infrastructure server management experience of at least 4+yrs.
  • Proficient with ITSM concepts like Incident, Change & Request management.
  • Proficient in documentation and creating/maintaining knowledge base articles.


  • Familiarity with Nutanix, CrowdStrike, SCOM & SCCM and PowerShell scripting
  • Familiarity with Backup solutions like Rubrik, NetApp, MBAM & Veeam
  • Familiarity with SQL Databases
