This is an internal support position which requires versatility, attention to detail, a strong sense of urgency and troubleshooting skills. You'll wear lots of hats and gain plenty of valuable experience.

This position offers a hybrid work model, with three days in the office and two days working from home, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. Our office is located in downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day IT operations across the organization, including employee support, application troubleshooting, access requests, endpoint issues, and security-related incidents.
  • Provide hands-on L2/L3 support for a distributed workforce, covering macOS/ Windows devices, SaaS platforms, identity systems, collaboration tools, networking issues, and general employee technology needs.
  • Manage the full employee technology lifecycle, including onboarding, account creation, device provisioning, access setup, security profile assignment, offboarding, device wipes, returns, and asset tracking.
  • Design and implement automation across IT workflows using APIs, scripting, low-code/no-code platforms, service management tools, and AI-assisted processes where appropriate.
  • Partner closely with Security to support endpoint compliance, device trust, access controls, audit readiness, SaaS governance, and security policy rollout across the employee fleet.
  • Maintain clear documentation for IT processes, runbooks, troubleshooting steps, onboarding guides, and internal knowledge base articles so the team can scale consistently.
  • Contribute to IT and Security projects that improve operational maturity, including endpoint management, identity lifecycle automation, compliance evidence collection, internal tooling, and infrastructure-related workflows.
  • Help evaluate and roll out new tools, features, and AI capabilities thoughtfully, balancing productivity, privacy, security, governance, and long-term maintainability.
  • Support office technology needs where required, including conference room systems, networking equipment, wireless connectivity, AV setups, and other onsite infrastructure.

You’ll Need to Have:

  • Strong experience in IT operations, internal IT support, systems administration, or a similar technical support function within a SaaS, technology, or fast-moving business environment.
  • Hands-on experience with identity and access management concepts, including SSO, RBAC, lifecycle management, group-based access, account provisioning, and access reviews.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace or similar productivity and identity platforms, including user management, groups, aliases, licensing, and admin tooling.
  • Experience with MDM platforms such as Kandji, Jamf, Hexnode, Mosyle, or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, routing concepts, firewalls, and how to troubleshoot common connectivity issues.
  • Familiarity with endpoint security, encryption, device compliance, patching, access controls, and general cybersecurity principles.
  • Good judgment around security, privacy, vendor access, platform configuration, and operational risk.

We’d Love to See:

  • Experience working in a startup, scale-up, or high-growth technology environment where priorities shift quickly.
  • Exposure to cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and a basic understanding of infrastructure-as-code concepts.
  • Scripting experience in Python, Bash, JavaScript, or similar languages.
  • Familiarity with zero-trust access models, device trust, conditional access, and modern identity security practices.
  • Background supporting compliance programs such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with tools such as Git, Jira, Slack, Notion, endpoint security platforms, identity providers, and SaaS administration consoles.
  • Ability to operate as both an individual contributor and a project owner, moving between hands-on support work and longer-term IT/security improvements.

At our offices you will find a group of people that embrace diversity and value performance over pedigree. Every day we draw value from the diverse experiences of our team whose backgrounds include top financial institutions, tech companies and untraditional backgrounds. Our success comes from identifying exceptional people and providing them with the platform to reach their true potential.
