Your Contribution to Our Growth

As a Product Owner, you will play a key role in shaping and developing our in-house CRM/entity management platform. You will operate at the intersection of business, product, and engineering, owning both what we build and how it gets delivered.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, architecture, compliance, and engineering teams to ensure our systems fulfill global business and regulatory requirements while remaining scalable and resilient. In addition to translating requirements, you will take ownership of the product roadmap and delivery pipeline, ensuring that what we build aligns with our broader product vision and strategic direction.

You will be expected to think beyond individual features, connecting how current initiatives fit into the wider platform, identifying tradeoffs, and ensuring we are building toward a cohesive, long-term product strategy.

You will translate complex business and regulatory requirements into well-structured system specifications, working directly with engineers on relational data models, API contracts, and integration points. You should be comfortable discussing table structures, schemas, SQL queries, and REST API patterns, and thinking critically about how systems evolve over time.

If you enjoy owning product direction, shaping how systems are built at scale, and working at the intersection of technology, data, and compliance, this role offers strong ownership and long-term impact within a high-growth environment.

This is a Full-Time, Permanent position working Hybrid out of our Downtown Toronto office.
