Your Contribution to Our Growth

As a Senior Sales Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our global institutional clients and ensuring they get the most out of our digital asset infrastructure. In this role, you’ll develop a deep understanding of our products, processes, workflows, and client base while managing relationships across multiple regions. During your first months, you’ll focus on learning — joining client calls, shadowing sales discussions, understanding our products, and gaining hands-on exposure to how we operate. This role will be a mix of working with existing clients as they onboard and begin trading, as well as building up a pipeline of potential new clients. Your focus will be on ensuring a smooth client journey — from initial documentation and platform demos to trading and facilitating seamless handoffs across teams.

Success in this role comes from curiosity, active listening, and an analytical mindset. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their business needs, map these needs to our product offering, and help strengthen long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has extensive business development, sales, and account management experience, and thrives in fast-paced environments where client satisfaction and follow-through are top priorities. This is a Full-Time, Permanent position working Hybrid out of our Toronto office.

What You’ll Do

  • Acting as a point of contact for our existing clients in Europe and the Americas and building strong, long-term relationships with them.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of our clients’ role in the financial ecosystem, their products and services, and competitive landscape.
  • Monitoring our clients’ usage of our services and identifying new revenue opportunities using our internal workflow and CRM.
  • Maintaining client records in the CRM, keeping track of client points of contact and requests with detailed requirements and timelines.
  • Building strong relationships and collaborating with internal stakeholders to continuously help build, update, and craft new business solutions for our clients.
  • As necessary, meeting clients and representing Aquanow at events and conferences.
  • Developing and managing industry relationships.

We’d Love to See

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant industry, is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer service, or project management within the crypto, financial services, technology, or payments industries.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with client leaders and stakeholders of all levels.
  • Ability to work independently, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind.
  • Organizational skills, good attention to detail, and creative thinking aptitude.
  • Strong written, verbal communication, and visual presentation skills.
  • High degree of professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Keen interest in expanding the applications of digital assets on a broad scale.
  • Experience with MS Excel and CRM tools (Salesforce).
