The Opportunity:

We are searching for a Partner Development Manager to be responsible for the sales and implementation journey including reaching out, presenting, onboarding and overall helping educational institutions meet their agent training goals in TrainHub. This role will require a proactive, sales-oriented, customer focus, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a willingness to work across multiple teams. This is an exciting opportunity to grow an innovative solution in one of Canada’s most exciting technology companies.

What you'll do everyday:

  • Meet with existing and potential educational institutions (mostly colleges and universities) to discover how TrainHub can help them become more effective in their job as international student recruiters

  • Work alongside with Business Development, Product and Engineering Team to ensure TrainHub´s roadmap solves core customer needs today and in the future

  • Meet or exceed ambitious growth objectives for the number of educational institutions using TrainHub

  • Ensure the current educational institutions are effectively engaging in the product on a regular basis, inviting their network of agents and partners to view their training

What you bring to the table:

  • Experience in sales roles and customer service

  • Understanding of the schools and agents training process and business dynamics

  • Entrepreneurial passion for building something new and exciting

  • Fully committed to service excellence

  • Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling required

  • Competency in sales funnels and CRM applications

  • Self-motivated, self-started who is proactive, and dependable

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle objections

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment

  • Strong English writing skills with keen attention to spelling and grammar

  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent sales and presentation skills

  • Aptitude for prioritizing tasks with a high attention to detail to ensure information accuracy
