The Opportunity:

We are searching for an Agent Partnership Coordinator to be responsible for reaching out, onboarding and overall helping agents meet their training goals on our platform. Duties will include actively contacting agents worldwide, setting up onboarding calls, presenting best training practices and guiding the agents to complete their profile, request access to schools and bringing each team member to their profile.

This role will require a proactive, customer focus individual with superb interpersonal skills, and a willingness to work across multiple teams. This is an exciting opportunity to grow a new product in one of Canada’s most exciting technology companies.

Previous experience in any role in the international education industry is an advantage.

What you'll do everyday:

  • Daily interaction with agencies worldwide

  • Participation in international education events

  • Onboard agents into the platform

  • Monitoring interactions between schools and agents

  • Prospecting new agents

  • Responding agent’s enquiries, feedback and concerns

  • Meeting or exceeding “active user” goals

  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports

  • Preparing and giving presentations

  • Coordinating campaigns with marketing and sales

  • Promote the usage of new products and services

  • Other duties may be required

What you bring to the table:

  • Experience in customer service

  • Understanding of the schools and agents training process and business dynamics

  • Fully committed to service excellence

  • Self-motivated, self-started who is proactive, and dependable

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Competency in CRM applications

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment

  • Strong English writing skills with keen attention to spelling and grammar

  • Fluent in English & Spanish (Portuguese also preferred)

  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Aptitude for prioritizing tasks with a high attention to detail to ensure information accuracy
