We are looking for an experienced and creative Partner Relations Manager - UK (Remote) to join our growing Partner Relations Team and take our company and platform to the next level!
What you'll be doing every day:
Take ownership and accountability for recruitment performance for the universities and colleges within a given geographical territory
Develop stakeholder relationships and execute account management plans that deliver against ambitious targets
Prospect for new partner university and college partners through outreach, networking and presentations
Work internally with cross-functional teams to foster continuous improvement and innovation in our offer
Elevate interest in the UK market internally and externally
Negotiate and execute school partnership agreements, including working with legal services on contractual arrangements
Act as an internal point-of-contact for partner universities and schools
Ensure CRM is up-to-date
What you bring to the table:
5+ years’ of experience in the education sector, especially in recruitment or admissions
Strong network of existing university contacts (especially in international recruitment)
Ambition, creativity and an appetite to hit target - this is a consultative sales role
Passion for excellence, a sense of accountability, strong work-ethic, taking pride in a job well-done, and attention to detail are all must-have traits
Project management experience and/or training
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle objections
Successful track-record in prospecting, qualifying, and cold calling, as required.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, quick-changing environment
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
Ability to properly prioritizing tasks and take initiative
Experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts
Working knowledge of Google and Microsoft productivity software
