Position Overview: As the Director of Marketing at Brickeye, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will lead a talented marketing team, collaborate closely with cross-functional departments, and contribute to the company's growth by leveraging your expertise in marketing and technology.


  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with Brickeye's business objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the Brickeye brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging, visual representation, and brand positioning across all channels.
  • Lead Generation: Drive lead generation efforts through effective campaign planning and execution, leveraging a mix of digital marketing, content marketing, social media, events, and other relevant channels.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize all digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising campaigns, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Content Strategy: Develop a content strategy that positions Brickeye as a thought leader in the IOT and Proptech industry, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create compelling and informative content.
  • Marketing Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics, providing insights to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment, and encouraging professional growth and development.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and engineering teams to align marketing efforts with product launches, sales objectives, and customer feedback.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, conducting market research to identify new opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources appropriately to maximize ROI and drive cost-efficient marketing campaigns.


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in marketing, preferably in the technology or services sector, with a track record of successful B2B marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, lead generation, and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of marketers.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, develop marketing plans, and execute them effectively.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
