Summary and Role Purpose

We are seeking a detailed-oriented Due Diligence Analyst to join our trade compliance team. In this role, you will research and analyze customer activities and end-use information to help determine whether end-users may be engaged in high-risk activities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conducting thorough research concerning customer business activities and end-use information to identify potential red flags.
  • Evaluating customer activities and relationships to determine potential risks associated with compliance with trade regulations.
  • Compiling and presenting detailed reports summarizing findings, including risk assessments and recommendations for further action.
  • Gathering and organizing relevant data from various sources to support due diligence processes.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to share insights and enhance the overall trade compliance program.
  • Identifying opportunities to refine due diligence processes and methodologies for better efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Staying informed on changes in trade compliance regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in trade compliance, due diligence, or a related area.
  • Familiarity with trade compliance laws and regulations.
  • Proven ability to conduct in-depth research and analyze complex information.
  • Familiarity with research tools and databases used to perform due diligence.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global context.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
