Company Description Ananda Devices develops human-relevant organ-on-a-chip platforms that replicate neuromuscular and neuronal physiology to generate predictive preclinical data aligned with New Approach Methods (NAMs) and the FDA Modernization Act. The company’s NeuroHTS™ platform offers precisely organized neuronal networks for reproducible screening, advanced morphology and functional analysis, and is compatible with primary and iPSC-derived neurons for applications in neurotoxicity, regeneration, and CNS drug discovery. NeuroMuscle™ provides a 3D human neuromuscular junction model enabling quantitative assessment of muscle contraction amplitude and frequency. This system supports toxicity evaluation, countermeasure development, and disease state studies for ALS, SMA, MG, and other neuromuscular conditions. Ananda Devices collaborates with industry and academic partners to accelerate the development of safer, more effective therapies using cutting-edge in vitro technologies.

Role Description The Neuroscientist will apply their expertise in neuroscience and stem cell biology to lead Service and R&D projects involving human neuronal cultures and neuron-on-chip technologies.

This position involves designing and executing experiments, analyzing complex datasets, interpreting scientific results, and preparing technical reports. Success in this role requires maintaining exceptionally high-quality cell cultures, ensuring experimental reproducibility, applying rigorous scientific standards, excellent written and oral communication skills and delivering projects on schedule.

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented scientist who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is eager to share knowledge while contributing to the company's scientific growth.
