We’re coming off a strong year and are setting even higher ambitions for the future. To help us reach the next level, we’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team.

This role supports the successful onboarding of new customers and expansion projects for existing customers. You will support implementation delivery from kickoff through go-live, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and risks, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout the process. Working closely with the Head of Implementation & RevOps, you will contribute to scaling implementation processes, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the continued growth of the business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support end-to-end implementation delivery for assigned customers, from kickoff through go-live
• Develop and manage implementation schedules, resourcing plans, and risk mitigation strategies
• Coordinate internal teams (Implementation, Integration, Engineering, GTM, etc) and external stakeholders
• Act as the primary point of escalation for implementation issues and customer concerns
• Report on key implementation metrics and provide insights on trends, risks, and capacity
• Configure and validate customer platform set-up to ensure readiness and quality standards
• Identify, document, and drive implementation process improvements across the team
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and with a high degree of quality and customer satisfaction
• Support continuous improvement of onboarding and expansion playbooks
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience leading SaaS implementations with multiple stakeholders
• Strong ability to manage priorities, risks, and tradeoffs in fast-paced environments
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; comfortable engaging with field operations, engineers, and executive stakeholders
• Experience driving process improvements or operational change considered a strong asset
• Experience in oil and gas or industrial environments considered an asset
• Familiarity with scheduling and project management software;
• Familiarity with Hubspot would be considered an asset;
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and make judgment calls
