IT Operations Specialist (8 month term)

What You'll Do:
- Provide Level 1–3 support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues through the IT Help Desk.
- Support and administer MacOS, Windows, and Linux workstations.
- Manage device lifecycle including procurement, setup, inventory tracking, and secure offboarding.
- Maintain endpoint security tools, apply patches, and ensure systems meet security standards.
- Manage user access through identity systems including SSO and MFA.
- Respond to security alerts and support remediation when needed.
- Maintain internal IT documentation and help guides.
- Support office network and connectivity troubleshooting.
What You Bring:
- 4–8+ years of experience in IT operations, help desk, or systems administration.
- Strong experience supporting MacOS, Windows, and Linux environments.
- Experience with endpoint security, patching, and identity/access management.
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as SOC 2.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a service-oriented mindset.
