- Serve as a go-to resource for our dealer and farmer users — making sure they’re supported, trained, and seeing value
- Help users adopt and expand their use of our platform so it becomes a core part of their operations
- Create release notes, video tutorials, and training content to drive product utilization
- Deliver engaging product demos and onboarding sessions in person and online
- Gather feedback from the field to inform product improvements and capturing of bugs
- Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to ensure retention and growth within key accounts
- Track usage metrics and build strategies to drive deeper engagement
What You Bring:
- Experience working at a farm equipment dealership, agriculture software company, or in ag-tech sales/support
- You relate to both dealers and farmers — and you get the realities of their day-to-day
- Strong communicator and natural presenter — clear, confident, and approachable
- Organized and proactive — you follow through and love seeing customers succeed
- You naturally are good at tech and are excited to help non-tech users get comfortable with it
- Confident leading the content creation of tutorials, product videos, or documentation with the support of marketing.
