How You Will Spend Your Time? Primary Focus - 75% AI-enabled solution design with ARR attachment — driving NN and Upsell revenue through scalable, AI-augmented PS delivery.
We are looking for a senior individual contributor and strategic advisor within the Professional Services organization. This role sits at the intersection of customer delivery, enterprise solution design, and go-to-market execution for B2B and B2C SaaS clients focused on marketing budget and performance management.
You will shape how enterprise customers architect their marketing operations, influence our product roadmap, and create the scalable frameworks that define how Professional Services delivers value at scale. Critically, you will be the driving force behind how AI transforms our delivery model: identifying where AI-powered workflows, automation, and intelligence can replace manual effort, accelerate time-to-value, and allow a leaner PS team to do the work of a much larger one.
You will be a senior voice in the room on solution design, working alongside Sales, Product, and Customer Success to win and retain the most complex, highest-value accounts in our portfolio — and you will bring an AI-first lens to every engagement, blueprint, and framework you produce.
Key Responsibilities
The core of this role is solutions design and ARR attachment. You are accountable for converting enterprise opportunity into realized value — and for building the AI-powered delivery infrastructure that lets our PS team scale without scaling headcount proportionally.
Solution Architecture & Design (Foundational)
Design scalable, future-proof solutions that align business strategy, technical architecture, and product capability across complex, multi-system environments
Create AI-augmented solution blueprints and reference architectures that serve as repeatable, scalable assets across the PS organization.
Lead deep architectural discovery with both business and technical stakeholders to surface requirements, constraints, and long-term design considerations
Focus on why and how solutions should be designed — not merely how to configure them
Make long-term trade-off decisions in solutions, balancing scope, risk, scalability, and customer outcome
De-risk technical and operational complexity both pre-sale and throughout implementation
AI-Powered Delivery & Team Scale (Foundational)
Own the PS organization’s AI delivery strategy, identifying which implementation tasks, discovery processes, documentation, and quality assurance workflows can be systematically augmented or automated using AI tools.
Build and codify AI-powered delivery playbooks that allow consultants to operate at higher capacity and quality, reducing reliance on headcount growth to scale output.
Establish standards for responsible AI use within PS delivery, defining where AI accelerates work and where human judgment remains essential.
Sales & Deal Support (Nice to have)
Partner with Sales and Product on enterprise deals to shape winning solution narratives and validate technical viability before close
De-risk large, complex deals before they close by establishing architectural clarity & by reducing ambiguity in scope
Lead technical validation sessions and scope services efforts for new and upsell opportunities.
Develop executive-level solution narratives for net new and upsell opportunities
Delivery Standards & Governance (Foundational)
Establish delivery and governance frameworks that define how PS executes complex, multi-phase implementations.
Define architectural standards and guardrails that ensure consistency, quality, and scalability across all engagements, including standards for AI-assisted delivery.
Drive delivery with partners and enforce the partner delivery model, ensuring partner-led work meets quality standards as direct delivery.
Product Strategy & Feedback Loop (Nice to have)
Identify systemic product gaps that emerge across enterprise engagements and communicate them in a structured, prioritized way to Product leadership.
Influence the product roadmap based on patterns observed across enterprise customers, including where features could reduce implementation complexity or accelerate adoption.
Customer Success Alignment (Nice to have)
Advise Customer Success Managers on platform expansion strategy for key accounts, operating through project-based CSM-hour funded work, with a lens on where AI-enabled workflows can drive measurable uplift.
Serve as a strategic thought partner to CSM on long-term account architecture, helping identify the next phase of a customer’s platform maturity and AI adoption journey
Required Qualifications
5–8+ years of experience in business consulting, solution architecture, or implementation leadership within a SaaS environment.
Deep fluency in marketing performance management, budget allocation, or marketing operations — ideally in enterprise or multi-brand contexts.
Proven track record of leading discovery and solutioning with VP and C-suite stakeholders.
Strong commercial acumen with experience shaping scope, pricing, and solution narratives that directly influence ARR outcomes.
Experience working in pre-sales or deal support capacity alongside Sales and Solutions Engineering teams.
Ability to build reusable frameworks, playbooks, and architectural standards, not just deliver individual projects.
Demonstrated experience leading AI transformation initiatives, including the design and adoption of AI-powered workflows, automation tooling, or AI-assisted decision-making frameworks within a professional services or consulting context.
Practical fluency in applying AI capabilities (LLM-powered workflow automation, predictive analytics, document generation) to accelerate PS delivery and reduce manual effort.
Proven ability to identify where AI can systematically scale team output
Executive-level communication skills: you can simplify complex architectural transformation decisions for executive stakeholders.
Understanding of APIs integration first strategies with familiarity to middleware solutions such as Workato or Mulesoft
