What will you do?

We are seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative who will play a key role in driving our business forward. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound sales activities, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with potential clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to grow their career in sales within the tech industry.   • Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound sales activities to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position our products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in SalesForce.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in outbound sales, preferably within the tech industry (experience level is flexible).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software such as SalesForce or HubSpot and other sales tools.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required.
