We’re currently seeking compassionate, master’s-level clinicians to join our on-site Employee Assistance Program (EAP) team in Las Vegas. In this role, you’ll provide direct mental health support to employees working in high-impact roles—specifically content moderators—who regularly encounter sensitive, distressing, or traumatic material as part of their job.

Shifts Available:
Part-time: Sat–Sun,
Shifts: 5pm-2am or 1am-10am (16 hours/week)
PRN Affiliates: Flexible hours for vacation and call-out coverage

Through one-on-one, short-term, solution-focused counseling, group debriefings, and wellness initiatives, you’ll help foster emotional resilience, psychological safety, and a supportive workplace culture. You’ll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team delivering timely and accessible care to those navigating both personal and job-related challenges.
Here’s How
Deliver short-term, solution-focused, one-on-one counseling to employees
Facilitate group debriefings following high-impact content or events
Support and participate in workplace wellness initiatives and prevention activities
Collaborate with internal teams and provide referrals when longer-term care is needed
Maintain timely and confidential documentation in accordance with company standards
Promote resilience, mental wellness, and recovery in the workplace
Provide accessible care for employees across shifts—including nights and weekends
Help foster a culture of psychological safety through direct support and presence
Be part of an innovative program serving critical frontline and community-based employees
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Fully licensed in the state of Nevada preferred (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, etc.)
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (post-master’s preferred)
Open to associate-level clinicians under supervision, depending on fit
Certification in Critical Incident Stress Management or extensive training in conducting group debriefing and defusing support preferred.
Experience in EAP, crisis intervention, or solution-focused therapy preferred
Strong communication, documentation, and clinical judgment skills
