We are looking for an HR Advisor based in the Netherlands to support our employees, working closely with our HR Business Partners based in the UK. This is a temporary position for a period of 3-6 months with a view to extend on successful performance. We can offer contracts for 24, 32 or 40 hours per week.

What you’ll do
Take care of the complete administrative process relating to the end-to-end employment life cycle.
Process changes in the personnel registration system HRprtl. You ensure that employment contract changes are accurate and timely.
Answer a variety of HR-related questions from managers and employees regarding leave, personal circumstances and queries relating to their employment contracts.
Keep personnel files up to date in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Ensure the correct application of laws and regulations.
Support in recruitment activities.
Actively search for and deliver improvements through process optimization.
Support with HR-related projects.
Work with the HR team in the UK.
What you bring
Completed HRM training, at least level 4, would be an advantage
Basic knowledge of HR administration and HR policies in the Netherlands
Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Enthusiasm, positive attitude, empathy
Ability to work independently and seek support at the right time
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
A positive, service and solution-oriented work attitude.
Excellent command of the Dutch language is essential
Good command of the English language
Availability between 24-40 hours per week
Able to commute to our head office in Maarssen, occasionally
