Lead and inspire a team of approximately 80 professionals serving a large number of clients
Drive operational strategy and excellence across multiple client engagements
Champion organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives
Spearhead business growth and market expansion opportunities
Ensure consistent delivery of superior client service and satisfaction
What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with TELUS Health's business objectives
Support new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and industry partners
Drive innovation and digital transformation initiatives within the department
Contribute to the evolution of TELUS Health's pension administration services
Operational Excellence
Ensure consistent achievement of service level agreements across all client accounts
Optimize resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple client engagements
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
Manage departmental budget and financial performance
People Leadership
Build and maintain high-performing teams through effective talent management
Implement and sustain comprehensive training and development programs
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
Working with our centralized recruitment team, lead recruitment strategies to support team growth and succession planning
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
Client Portfolio Management
Ensure high client satisfaction across the entire portfolio
Oversee the development and implementation of client service strategies
Monitor and enhance client satisfaction metrics
Lead resolution of complex client issues and escalations
Identify opportunities for service expansion within existing clients
Risk Management & Compliance
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Develop and maintain risk management frameworks
Oversee quality assurance programs
Lead audit preparations and responses
Ensure best practices for data security and privacy
What You Bring
15+ years of relevant experience in pension administration or related field
Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience managing large team
Advanced degree in mathematics, finance, administration, actuarial science, or related field
Proven track record of driving operational excellence and business growth
Strong understanding of pension industry trends and regulatory environment
Excellence in strategic planning and execution
Outstanding leadership and team development capabilities
Superior client relationship management skills
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Any level of French language proficiency is beneficial.
