About the Role:
Join our team as a Wellbeing Support Advisor at TELUS Health, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients in New Zealand. As a first responder, you'll handle incoming calls, provide support to distressed individuals, and ensure accurate information is passed to our clinicians. Your efforts will contribute to maintaining high standards of customer and client experience, while also fulfilling our contractual obligations.
The Day-to-Day:
- Manage incoming calls and triage requests to ensure clients receive appropriate support.
- Calm distressed callers and gather essential details for effective assistance.
- Respond to client emails regarding our services and relay information to management.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and clinician details in our systems.
- Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance service delivery.
- Adhere to privacy legislation and company policies in all communications.
About You:
You have a strong ability to empathize with individuals facing mental health challenges and possess relevant administrative experience. Your communication skills allow you to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders, and you're committed to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to policies.
