Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Manager with strong strategic SaaS sales experience and exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills. In this role, you will uncover and drive new sales opportunities, build multilayered relationships within prospect and customer organizations, and manage the sales cycle with a strong focus on revenue growth and profitability. You will identify new prospects, conduct thorough discovery to understand customer requirements, and proactively address obstacles throughout the sales process.

This position focuses on the midmarket segment across North America, selling into our established ideal customer profile (ICP), which includes shopping centers, retail operations, transit, cafés, restaurants, hospitality, medical, and smart city environments. Success requires operating within a matrixed sales environment where you effectively coordinate internal resources throughout each stage of the sales cycle.
You will also manage and support partner resellers—including MSPs, VARs, system integrators, and OEMs—whose customers are building operators utilizing our solutions. Partners engage with us through both outbound efforts and inbound, marketing-driven programs for customized and standardized offerings.

Job Description:

Essential Functions

  • Achieve assigned revenue targets by selling products and services to new and existing customers within the designated territory.
  • Respond quickly to all inbound leads, consistently meeting defined service-level expectations.
  • Execute outbound sales strategies to engage strategically identified prospects and partners.
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotes, proposals, and responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
  • Lead and manage the full solution‑selling process from initial discovery through deal closure.
  • Utilize standardized solution offerings tailored to each industry and ideal customer profile (ICP).
  • Conduct remote and on‑site discovery sessions to understand customer goals, requirements, and challenges.
  • Deliver product overview presentations and coordinate in-depth product demonstrations with solution consultants for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain deep working knowledge of the company’s products, capabilities, and value propositions.
  • Provide structured feedback to product management to support ongoing product enhancements.
  • Ensure seamless transition of projects from sales to implementation teams for effective customer onboarding.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine and optimize ICP definitions and outbound targeting.
  • Apply consistent packaging standards to support predictable solution delivery and smooth customer success handoff.
  • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline and forecast using the company’s CRM.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing SaaS enterprise accounts, product sales, or account management, with a track record of closing outbound opportunities and consistently achieving quota.
  • Ability to generate new business by building a qualified sales pipeline and executing targeted outbound calling strategies.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and partner channels, including established connections at the CXO level within key industries such as retail, shopping centers, transit, hospitality, restaurants, medical, and smart cities.
  • Experience in IT and networking infrastructure sales, with a strong understanding of network solutions and the dynamics of the space.
  • Strong communication skills, demonstrating clear and professional English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast paced environment, showing both business and technical aptitude.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting, presentations, and proposal development.
