Since 2013, Aimsio's software has been helping heavy industrial businesses maximize revenue from field operations by improving communication between off-site locations and head offices. We are a B2B SaaS company about to take the next big step toward disrupting a sector that is ready for digital transformation. We’re ready to take on the world, and we’d like you to join us!

The role: Are you up for the challenge?

At Aimsio, we take pride in providing exceptional customer service. As an Implementation & Onboarding Project Manager, you will lead the successful implementation and onboarding of Aimsio’s software for new clients, ensuring they understand, adopt, and maximize its value. You will oversee multiple client projects, act as the primary point of contact throughout implementation, manage timelines, set stakeholder expectations, and organize training sessions. Your role bridges the gap between technical configuration and business process optimization, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.

We're so excited to find someone for this role! To be successful here, you'll need to have an excellent grasp of business analysis best practices, experience in project management, and be a total pro at fostering client relationships. You also thrive in an environment where intricate timelines, diverse personalities, and a wide range of industries converge. We're looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, providing top-notch customer service, and fantastic problem-solving skills. If that sounds like you, we'd love to chat!
