Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial individual who has in-depth hands-on experience developing qualified leads, building a funnel, and driving sales through effective sales and marketing strategies. This role will focus on developing and driving the sales funnel for AHead Simulations, and reliably hitting numbers week after week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver sales qualified leads to team members based on specified criteria
• Nurture and activate existing leads within the CRM
• Prospect leads within key markets and create connections through outbound sales campaigns, marketing campaigns and social selling
• Nurture and qualify inbound leads received through website, social media, etc
• Maintain marketing activities for AHead such as social media posting, tradeshows, and novel content development to drive new inbound

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience as a business development representative in a fast-paced sales environment
• Extensive knowledge and experience with CRM software
• Ability to travel to international trade shows (approximately 5-8 weeks/year)
• Self-motivated, and able to operate independently with little or no direct supervision when given a goal to achieve
• Resourceful, and experience making the most with little budget or sales support
• Social media ‘know-how’ and experience scheduling campaigns

Bonus Points:

• Experience in a start-up or small company where your role was very broad and all encompassing
• Experience in the hearing healthcare industry, or a different medical field
• CRM experience is specifically with Hubspot.
