Primary Purpose
We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to own outbound pipeline generation and play a strategic role in our revenue growth. This position is ideal for a high-performing BDR
who has mastered outbound fundamentals, influence go-to-market strategy, and consistently deliver qualified opportunities.
You’ll work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to target the right accounts, craft effective messaging, and drive meaningful conversations with senior decision-makers.
Ownership
This role is accountable for turning target accounts into qualified pipeline through outbound sales.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end outbound prospecting strategy for defined segments
- Consistently generate high-quality, sales-qualified meetings via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and multi-channel sequences
- Conduct deep account and stakeholder research to personalize outreach
- Engage and qualify mid-level to C-suite buyers using structured qualification frameworks
- Partner closely with Account Executives to align on target accounts, deal strategy, and handoffs
- Maintain clean and accurate CRM data and pipeline reporting
- Test, optimize, and contribute to outbound messaging, sequences, and playbooks
- Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline and activity targets
- 2+ years of outbound BDR experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and meeting quotas
- Strong cold calling skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- Advanced written communication and personalization skills
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools
- Ability to work independently and manage a full outbound motion
- Strong business acumen and curiosity about customer problems
