What You'll Do
- Consultative selling. You won't just be a "feature pusher." You’ll guide agency owners through the process by offering strategic advice on how AgencyAnalytics can improve their operations
- Owning the cycle. You’ll handle the full process from start to finish. This means outreach to inbound leads, discovery, demos, negotiations, and closing.
- Following the playbook. We have a system that works. You’ll qualify inbound leads and use our sales playbook to make sure revenue opportunities don’t slip through the cracks.
- Showing the value. You’ll run tailored demos that connect our features to the prospect’s specific pain points to drive impact and ROI.
- Being the voice of the customer. You’ll work closely with our Marketing, Product, Support and Success teams to share what you’re hearing in the field so we can keep innovating.
- Keeping things organized. You’ll manage a full pipeline in HubSpot and stay on top of your deals without letting the details drop.
- Building the team. We want your ideas and value your experience! You’ll help us build a world-class sales culture as we grow.

- You have the right background. You have at least two years of experience in sales (SaaS or agency experience is a huge plus).
- You’re coachable. You actually want feedback and will apply it because you want to grow into a senior sales leader.
This role won’t be a fit if:
- You want a predictable 9 to 5 routine. High-growth companies are dynamic and things change fast. You need to be okay with an evolving environment.
- You aren't a team player. We win as a group. If you prefer to work in a silo or don't like collaborating with other departments, you won't like it here.
- You struggle with feedback. We’re big on being open and honest. If direct feedback or taking calculated risks makes you uncomfortable, this isn't the spot for you.
- You have an ego. We’re customer-obsessed and humble. We want people who are hungry to learn, not people who think they have nothing left to prove.
- You get overwhelmed by volume. This is a high-velocity role. If you can’t stay organized with tools like HubSpot, Gong, and Slack, you’ll find the pace challenging
Compensation
Compensation is determined by factors such as market salary data within Canada, technical skills, previous work history, and internal pay equity. Many positions also include additional variable compensation, which our Talent Acquisition team will discuss with you during the interview process.
