As a Senior Product Manager, Growth, you will:
- Drive growth across the funnel — from trial activation to conversion to customer expansion.
- Proactively discover and prioritize growth opportunities through research, experimentation, and data analysis.
- Design and run experiments (A/B, split, multivariate) to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, product marketing, data, and sales/marketing teams to ship improvements that move the needle
- Partner with Finance, RevOps, and leadership on billing/monetization projects where they touch the customer experience, ensuring usability and clarity.
- Track and report on key growth metrics, sharing insights and learnings in a compelling way.
- Champion product-led growth thinking across the company.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years driving product-led growth initiatives at a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven ability to blend intuitive product sense with data-driven decision making.
- Strong skills in experimentation design, analytics, and hypothesis-driven problem solving.
- Empathy for customers and a user-centric mindset, with the ability to advocate for customer needs in complex discussions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience influencing across teams and levels.
- Familiarity with MarTech is a plus.
