Reporting to our Director of Product Management, you will lead the development of insights-driven features that help agencies turn raw data into meaningful, actionable decisions.
You will take a critical lens to how agencies use data, improving our reporting and analytics capabilities to deliver meaningful value to customers.
You’re a seasoned senior product manager with a strong product mindset, who understands how to balance intuition with research to drive impact. You’ve successfully shipped complex features or new products from ideation to launch, while working closely with engineering, design, product
marketing, and data teams.

Key Responsibilities
● Own & Drive the Insights Roadmap: Define and execute a vision for our insights-driven features
● Lead Discovery & Conduct Research: Conduct customer research and data analysis to validate opportunities, prioritize solutions that solve the highest-impact problems for digital marketing agencies
● Align Stakeholders & Influence Decisions: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (engineering, design, customer success, etc.) and executive leadership to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables
● Deliver Results: Dene clear success criteria for product success, track performance, report on performance, and iterate based on results
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
● Proven track record of delivering impactful features in a fast-paced, iterative environment
● Strong discovery and research skills: ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data (qualitative & quantitative) to inform product decisions.
● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels
● Strategic problem-solving: able to break down complex problems into clear, actionable plans that drive real business impact
● Bias for action & execution-focused mindset: take ownership and proactively drive initiatives from concept to delivery
● Experience in MarTech and Payments is a plus
