ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution across our core SaaS platform and an applied AI layer that enhances key workflows (e.g., search and content authoring). This role is ideal for an experienced PM who is equally strong in customer-facing discovery and hands-on delivery—someone who can translate market and customer needs into a roadmap, partner deeply with engineering, and ship iteratively in a fast paced environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own product strategy and roadmap for core platform capabilities and applied AI experiences
• Lead customer & partner discovery: interviews, feedback loops, solution workshops, and validation
• Define requirements and drive delivery with engineering teams (PRDs, acceptance criteria, prioritization)
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data/AI, and GTM stakeholders
• Establish metrics and learning loops to improve adoption, retention, and product outcomes
• Help drive best practices for AI product delivery in an enterprise context (quality, trust, controllability)

ABOUT YOU

• 5+ years of Product Management experience (B2B SaaS preferred)
• Strong discovery skills: customer empathy, structured problem solving, translating insights into product decisions
• Strong execution skills: ability to ship, prioritize, and drive clarity across teams
• Experience working with AI-powered features (GenAI, search, recommendations, automation, etc.)
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities and multiple stakeholders

NICE TO HAVE

• Commercial life sciences experience (e.g., pharma/biotech field teams, enablement, training, coaching, CRM workflows)
• Experience in regulated industries
• Enterprise product experience (security, permissions, governance, admin controls)
• Localization or global product experience
