Role Summary:
We are looking for an ambitious and driven Learning & Development Specialist to create impactful learning experiences for our clients.
In this role, you will:
- Execute tasks related to the implementation of projects for both new and current clients. Tasks include (but are not limited to) building training modules (ActionPacks), Collections, quizzes, surveys, coaching Scenarios, Certifications, and Field Coaching Reports
- Build Events in ACTO, including setting up the agenda and sessions, populating the sessions with attendees, cross-pollinating sessions, and adding speakers and sponsors
- Create personalized and adaptive learning pathways in ACTO Journeys from client-approved storyboards
- Map clinical and product related objects, as well as competencies, in client domains, with the subsequent tagging of assets, ActionPacks, Collections and other ACTO elements with such objects and competencies
- Manage user roles, teams and territories
- Set up folder structures and asset libraries; upload content into client domains, ensuring attention to permission levels and tagging
- Deploy content and maintain the organization of Deployments and Strategies
- Submit tickets for issues and follow up by assisting the testing efforts to assess the issue, as needed
- Brand client domains as per their unique guidelines
- Document best practices and develop playbooks that capture how to best implement ACTO’s capabilities
- Ensure that quality control measures are in place in the execution of all tasks
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited academic institution or university
- Must be eligible to work in Mexico without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future
- Working proficiency level in all 4 areas of the English language (writing, speaking, listening and reading), as demonstrated by one of the following:
- Minimum individual band score of 7 in each of the 4 parts of the IELTS test, with a minimum mean score of 7, or
- C1 proficiency level in the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR), or
- Demonstrated Advanced proficiency in each of the 4 parts of the TOEFL iBT test, with a minimum total score of 100
- Other tests evaluating English proficiency will be evaluated on a case by case basis, but are not assured to be considered as valid.
- Background in Learning & Development, with 1+ years of experience executing training programs.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems platforms is a must
- Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred
- Previous working or academic experience in life, health or medical sciences will be considered an asset
- Proficiency in instructional design and content creation is preferred
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, while delivering with critical attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills, with well-defined personal habits and systems for prioritizing and completing work
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to work Eastern Standard Time business hours
