Role Summary:

As an Enterprise Account Executive, your primary objective is to sell ACTO's AI-powered Intelligent Field Excellence (IFE) platform along with related support services to prospective and existing customers. You’ll own the sales process, manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. You’ll also participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a tailored value proposition, negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to secure new business, and identify and develop strategic alignment with key customer stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, generating new business and expanding existing accounts
  • Sell visionary technology solutions at the forefront of industry
  • Build necessary pipeline to attain key revenue targets
  • Own the sales process from lead development to deal progression, navigating purchasing process and negotiations to secure signed contracts from clients
  • Identify and understand the key business challenges and goals of your clients
  • Expertly tailor value propositions and messaging throughout the sales process
  • Prepare and develop sales material such as presentations, proposals, and contracts for potential clients

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle Enterprise software or technology/SaaS sales experience
  • Experience selling to Marketing, Sales, Commercial Ops, Digital, OmniChannel
  • Proven track record of managing and closing complex sales and exceeding goals
  • Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Life Sciences preferred
  • Experience in SaaS, software sales, and technology
  • Results-oriented approach with a competitive drive to achieve the highest levels of performance
  • Self-starter who thrives on autonomy; disciplined, passionate, and hardworking with a growth mindset
  • Detail-oriented, maintaining sales records in CRM software
  • Project management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel to client locations as required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
