Are you looking for a highly flexible, part-time, remote role? Are you ready to bring your solid administrative, critical thinking and organizational skills to our rapidly growing, remote-first tech company? In this position, you'll work with our CTO and VP's of Software Development and Site Reliability Engineering to provide administrative support with various day to day initiatives. You’ll also bring your drive and desire for an opportunity to work with a technical team that is deeply committed to the organization, it’s people, and each other.

Note: This role is remote and highly flexible, part-time position, 20-40 hours/month. Might have to attend occasional in-person meetings.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide support for employee recognition programs, calendar management, meeting and planning sessions
  • Event management support and planning for team functions. Assist with coordinating occasional events, including arranging for catering, booking locations, and supporting event logistics
  • Provide general administrative support to the CTO and other members of the Product Operations/Development leadership team, while ensuring professionalism, discretion and a high quality of service
  • Travel arrangements including airline and hotel reservations
  • Prepare and maintain expense reports as needed

What you’ll bring:

  • 2-3+ years experience supporting executive leadership with an administration background
  • Strong ability to take initiative and demonstrate autonomy on projects and tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask and ensure deadlines are met
  • Ability to work in a remote environment for a geographically diverse organization

Additional preferred qualifications:

  • Post secondary education in office administration or a related field
  • Hands-on knowledge working in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
