You’ll own market mapping, proactive outreach, and early-stage target qualification, building a robust and strategic acquisition pipeline that fuels leadership decision-making and long-term growth.

- Develop long-term relationships with potential targets, even when near-term transactions are unlikely
- Perform early-stage screening and high-level diligence (financial, product, and go-to-market)
- Prepare clear summaries and recommendations to support leadership decision-making
- Partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to refine sourcing strategy and advance opportunities
What you’ll bring:
- 4–7 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, or business development
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
- Comfort engaging directly with founders and business owners
- Experience with SaaS or technology businesses
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating with limited historical process
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus but not required
