As a Sales Enablement Content Specialist, you will play a central role in empowering Absorb’s Sales and Account Management teams with compelling, effective, and easy-to-use content. This role is ideal for someone who loves shaping clear, persuasive messaging, thrives on collaboration with Sales and Marketing, and enjoys turning complex ideas into polished, practical resources.

About the role:

You’ll be responsible for developing high-quality sales enablement materials—from pitch decks and value narratives to competitive positioning and product collateral—that help our teams engage prospects with confidence and drive revenue growth. You’ll also support the alignment of sales and marketing efforts, ensuring our messaging is consistent, impactful, and tailored to our buyers.

This is a hands-on role that blends creativity with strategic thinking. You’ll be the go-to resource for building, refining, and optimizing the content sellers rely on every day—helping to improve deal velocity, enhance sales readiness, and showcase the power of Absorb LMS.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to understand sales objectives, target audience, and market dynamics.

  • Develop sales enablement content, including presentations, pitch decks, case studies, battle cards, playbooks, sales scripts, and e-learning modules for both new hire onboarding and ongoing skill development.

  • Create engaging and persuasive content that effectively communicates Absorb LMS features, benefits, and value propositions to prospects and customers.

  • Ensure all sales enablement content adheres to brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and sales methodologies.

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, competitive insights, and sales best practices.

  • Work closely with subject matter experts to gather insights and expertise to inform content creation.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement content and programs through metrics, feedback, and sales performance data.

  • Continuously update and refine sales enablement content based on feedback, industry changes, and sales team needs.

  • Support sales training initiatives by developing and delivering relevant content and resources.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.

  • Proven experience in sales enablement, content creation, or a related field.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex information into clear and compelling messaging.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and other content creation tools.

  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices.

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making.

  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

  • Experience with sales enablement platforms and tools is a plus.
