The Senior Digital Designer will play a crucial role in developing and executing visually compelling digital content for our marketing initiatives. This role involves creating engaging graphics, videos, and other digital assets that effectively communicate our brand message across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate possesses a strong design aesthetic, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for digital media, with an openness to exploring AI-powered design workflows and emerging creative tools.
What you’ll do:
- Design and produce high-quality creative assets for various marketing channels, including digital campaigns, website features, social media, events, and print materials.
- Manage long-form content, ensuring consistency and high-quality design throughout. Create visually appealing PDFs, infographics, and other digital documents to support marketing and sales efforts.
- Create digital assets, flows, wireframes, and other visuals for end-to-end campaign development.
- Collaborate with designers, marketing leads, and developers to craft marketing experiences that effectively communicate Absorb’s products and services.
- Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel across all marketing materials.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to delivery, including managing timelines and stakeholder expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and marketing, including the exploration and thoughtful use of AI-assisted design tools to improve workflow efficiency and creative output.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and apply insights to improve creative performance.
- Collaborate and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve design work.
What you’ll bring:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing digital design or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both creative concepting and high-quality production design across multiple mediums (submitted with resume).
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), plus experience with Canva and other contemporary design tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to business owners and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A learning mindset and curiosity for new technologies, including experimenting with AI tools that enhance speed, creativity, or iteration.
- Adaptability to changing environments and the ability to pick up tasks based on business needs.
Additional preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and web design.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
- Experience in motion graphics or video editing.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (such as image-generation, layout assistance, or automation workflows), as well as marketing and web tools like Marketo, Pendo, and Webflow.
