As the Team Lead of Implementations, you will oversee and develop a team of project-focused implementation specialists who play a pivotal role in managing client relationships after the sale. Your team will ensure project requirements are thoroughly understood and executed on schedule. In this leadership role, you will facilitate team meetings, spearhead cross-departmental initiatives, and provide ongoing coaching through regular one-on-one sessions. Your guidance will empower team members with the support, resources, and tools they need to excel in their roles.
What you’ll do:
- Work alongside management to design and implement Absorb customer experience strategies in every interaction through our clients’ onboarding journey.
- Provide training, coaching, mentorship and professional development opportunities to ensure the team is performing, meeting individual and team metrics, and are highly engaged.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the implementation team, working with other Team Leads across Client Services, Product, Development and CloudOps teams to manage and resolve customer issues and escalations.
- Lead regular team meetings
- Develop individual team members through one on one’s; including project progress, goal management and target tracking.
- Define a world class onboarding team, through recruitment initiatives.
- Define, refine, and report on key operational metrics and find data trends.
- Serve as the first escalation point for client and team issues.
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 3 years managing client onboarding, implementation, and/or training experience in the software industry.
- Previous team lead and/or supervisory experience required.
- Proven Project Management experience for small projects.
- Able to maintain high quality service delivery and documentation.
Additional preferred qualifications:
- Second language, French preferable.
- Gainsight admin experience would be considered an asset.
