About the role:

The Senior Account Manager at Together plays a key role in driving client success and business growth. You will be a trusted partners to our Enterprise clients, building strong relationships, crafting strategic account plans, and consistently delivering on retention and expansion goals. With your sharp focus on forecasting and closing opportunities, you will also mentor junior team members and help elevate team performance. Your strong relationship building skills directly contributes to stronger client loyalty, increased upsell potential, and long-term revenue growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Account Growth & Expansion: Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to support revenue growth and client expansion.
  • Client Retention & Relationship Management: Drive contract renewals and long-term retention by building and nurturing strong client relationships.
  • Sales Enablement & Collaboration: Support the sales process by preparing client-facing documentation, participating in team initiatives, and contributing to process improvements.
  • Pipeline & Target Management: Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and contribute to achieving sales and retention targets.
  • Account Planning & Execution: Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver comprehensive account management throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on product updates and actively develop skills to independently manage and close business opportunities.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • (Preferred) Experience with Account Management at a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships (including upselling) with a minimum 3 years of experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
  • Experience working with CRMs, including Salesforce and Hubspot

Additional preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with a global client base
  • Strong MS Office skills – primarily Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in additional languages
